Madness I Cannot Take Credit For

Overheard from customer who could not answer the security questions (they’re REALLY hard, like when did you last take money out of your account, or when did you last put some in?).  Please note this customer is works in our highly esteemed legal system.

Customer:  ”Are these calls recorded?”

My comrade:  ”Yes.”

Customer:  ”You’re a fucking bollox.”
