I begin by advising: ”The payment hasn’t come in.”
”But it should have!”
”Right.”
”Are you sure?”
”Yes.”
”Surely if he set up the payment it should be there by now?”
”That’s right.”
”Are you SURE it’s not there.”
”Definately not.”
”He said he paid it.”
”It was not paid into your account.”
”Really?”

  1. Wouldn’t it be great if you could send an electric shock down the phone? Now there’s an invention waiting to happen. Soon stop those cold callers pestering your that’s for sure. it would also stop silly call handlers at call centres asking stupid questions. I am just off down to the garden shed to see what I can knock up.
